Sunday morning woke us with great weather and a promising day for a great hike.  The trailhead for our hike is located at the Galatea day use area located off of the Kanaskis Trail highway just a few kilometers south of the Mt.Kidd RV park.
    What can I say,. what a great hike!  The trail starts off wandering through forest and over creeks, then we took a sharp right turn off the trail and headed up the scree to the top of the mountain.

    O.K.  These first few pictures kind of lie as to how the hike was as far as difficulty level.  Nice trail, hills not too bad...  Wait till you see the rest of the pictures...
